Every year we organise a full programme of outings to interesting sites in Wiltshire or neighbouring counties, where the leader and members share their knowledge of plants and their habitats. Please car share if possible to all of our meetings.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate dogs on our field meetings.

BSBI New Year Plant Hunt in Salisbury
Our plan is to walk around Churchfields Industrial Estate and along a river path. The latter is likely muddy in places but OK with stout shoes / boots. Some may wish to get closer to the edge of the river, in which case wellies would be advisable. The only café and toilets are at the railway station. We recommend bringing a packed lunch.
Meet/park in Watt Road, at the southern end of Brunel Road in the estate at SU12882972 (postcode SP2 7UD). The railway station is less than 1 km away if you'd prefer to arrive by train.
